Questions
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Kadaiyo opens in the phone's browser when they scan your table QR or open your ordering link.
How do I receive payments?
Online payments go to your own Razorpay account. You can also accept UPI directly to your UPI ID, or cash at the counter.
What happens after the 3 free months?
You choose whether to continue on a monthly plan. We'll explain pricing on the setup call, and nothing is charged automatically.
What do I need to get started?
Your menu with prices, a phone or tablet for the kitchen, and a printer for the table QR codes (or we can print them for you).
Can I use it for more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own menu, hours, tables and staff logins, and you manage all of them from one place.
